12-Year-Old Fatally Shot by Teen During Music Video Filming with Loaded Guns, Police Say

One of the older teens was responsible for the death of a 12-year-old child who was recording a music video in Philadelphia with guns and other older teenagers. According to the police, the boy was shot and killed by one of the guns.

Parker was killed at a home on the 1500 block of East Pastorius Street on Saturday at approximately 12:30 p.m., according to the police departments.

According to Pace, Parker was shot once with a handgun and was brought to a nearby hospital by cops who responded to the scene. However, upon arrival at the hospital, she was pronounced dead.

“Based on what we know so far… it appears that the decedent, the 12-year-old, was with two additional teenagers, ages 15 and 17, when they may have been in the process of producing some kind of music video,” Pace told reporters. “The circumstances surrounding the decedent’s death are still being investigated.”

The inspector stated that there were some firearms present, and one of them went off, resulting in the shooting of the 12-year-old that ultimately resulted in his death.

Officials from the police department made the announcement on Sunday that the 17-year-old suspect was charged with third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and other offences in connection with Parker’s death.
