According to the victim’s family, a recent West Linn High School alumni lost their life in a job accident at a construction site in Oregon City on Wednesday morning.
According to his mother, Catherine Gray, 18-year-old Lucas Gray was struck by a forklift and passed away immediately.
According to Catherine Gray, it’s a mother’s worst fear. He was a Christian, a fantastic man, a wrestler [on the school team], a community leader, and just an all-around amazing kid.
According to his mother, Lucas Gray, who graduated from high school in June, had just two days remaining on his job. He intended to enroll at Utah University. He had an ambitious mentality, according to Catherine Gray, and had dreamed of opening his own company someday.
His mother noted that he was also deeply committed to his beliefs.
According to Catherine Gray, he intended to just utilize his life to improve the world and benefit others. He had a great sense of humor and charisma. He was adored by all.
According to Catherine Gray, a vigil was conducted on Wednesday night at West Linn High School in Gray’s honor. The school informed families via email that many will be greatly affected by the death.
According to the email, Lucas was a well-liked and involved member of our school community.
