BIG INDIANAPOLIS — An arrest was made for a 19-year-old guy after a hit-and-run accident on the near north side of Indianapolis early Saturday morning.
A public IMPD police record says that at 1:05 a.m. on April 19, officers were called to the intersection of East 13th Street and North College Avenue for a report of a hit-and-run accident with serious injuries.
The police report says that two men were hurt in the crash, but it doesn’t say how bad their injuries were. Police are said to have talked to at least four witnesses as they looked into the crash.
A guy, 19, was arrested on preliminary felony charges of OWI and leaving the scene of an accident that caused serious harm. Police are said to have taken $576 in cash and a silver 2001 Toyota.
