This Beaver is a Duck: Oregon lands its quarterback for 2026 class

A Beaver quarterback has committed to the Oregon Ducks.

Three-star prospect and former Boise State commit Bryson Beaver announced his commitment to the Ducks on Wednesday.

Auburn and LSU also just extended offers to the Elite 11 finalist. Last weekend, he was one of the players that traveled to Eugene on official business.

According to the 247Sports Composite, the 6-foot-3, 200-pound Beaver is ranked No. 31 among quarterbacks and No. 517 nationally.

Beaver had 58 carries for 411 yards and two touchdowns as a junior at Vista Murrieta High School in the Inland Empire, and he completed 66.4% of his throws for 3,214 yards with 33 touchdowns and six interceptions.

With Beaver’s addition, Oregon now has 10 commits in its 2026 recruiting class, which rose five spots to No. 29 overall and No. 2 per player in the 247Sports rankings.
