According to Oregon State Bar records and court documents, an immigration lawyer in Oregon has resigned his license after allegedly charging exorbitant fees to multiple immigrants while neglecting to provide services and causing injury to others.
The Oregon Supreme Court received a formal complaint against Dan Larsson in March from the office of the disciplinary counsel for the Oregon State Bar. In April, Larsson chose to permanently surrender his license, which is the same as disbarment, rather than address the three cases of alleged misbehavior against him. In mid-May, the Oregon Supreme Court struck off his legal rights after accepting his resignation.
