POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – Deputies began a death investigation after discovering three bodies in a Broward County residence. According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a residence on the 300 block of South Golf Boulevard in Pompano Beach to conduct a welfare check.
Three persons were found shot dead after fire rescue teams assisted deputies in forcing an entrance into the home.
Homicide units were dispatched to begin the investigation.
Authorities have yet to identify the people discovered inside the house.
Neighbors informed Local 10 News’ Samiar Nefzi that the house is occupied by a family of three – a father, mother, and son – and that their cars have been sitting in the driveway for several days.
