The Fresno coroner identified a teen on Monday as the victim of a March 18 two-vehicle incident.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Manning Avenue, west of Highway 33 in San Joaquin.
According to CHP, the driver of a 2024 Honda Accord was travelling west on Manning, west of Highway 33, at an unknown speed, while a 24-year-old lady was driving east on Manning in a 1995 Kenworth truck tractor with dual livestock trailers.

For unclear circumstances, the Honda driver executed an improper left turn, leading the car to partially cross the centre line and join the eastbound lane. The Kenworth driver was unable to avoid the collision with the Honda, and the two vehicles collided straight on.
Both automobiles were completely enveloped in fire. The driver of the Honda was pinned down and pronounced dead. Blain Chandler, 13, of Visalia, has been recognised.
The Kenworth driver left the vehicle.
The investigation is underway. It is unknown if alcohol or drugs played a role in this tragedy.
