2 Killed, 1 Injured After Dodge Van Collides With Ford, Then Hits Wall in Pennsylvania Crash

COLONIAL PARK, Pa. — Two persons were killed in a crash on Friday evening in Lower Paxton Township.

Dauphin County dispatchers received the first calls at 4:36 p.m. for a crash in the 4900 block of Jonestown Road.

The Lower Paxton Township Police Department and South Central EMS arrived to the site near Earl Avenue. According to police, a silver Dodge minivan carrying three people collided with the back of a white Ford van transporting one person.

The silver Dodge van then drove off the road and crashed into a concrete wall, killing two individuals on the scene. One of them, the driver, has been named as Calvin Haivor, 65.

The other victim’s name has yet to be released by police. The third occupant was sent to Hershey Medical Center.

The driver of the white Ford van was uninjured and remained on the scene.
