2 Dead, Infant Seriously Injured in Rollover Crash on 60 Freeway in Chino

A tragic rollover incident on the westbound 60 Freeway killed two individuals and seriously injured two others, including an infant, early Monday.

According to the Chino Valley Fire District, the single-vehicle incident occurred west of the Ramona Avenue onramp around 2 a.m., and two people were pronounced deceased on the scene.

The damaged debris was seen on an embankment alongside the highway. According to the California Highway Patrol incident files, a newborn was located in the wreckage.

The infant and another person discovered in the vehicle were sent to a local emergency facility with serious injuries.

The westbound lanes of the 60 Freeway were closed temporarily. The inquiry into the reason of the crash is still ongoing.
