North Bay Woman Sues After Alleged Sexual Assault on American Airlines Flight

This is the first time that a lady from the North Bay has spoken up about her experience of being sexually assaulted when she was on an aircraft departing from San Francisco.

According to Barbara Morgan, she informed American Airlines about the alleged assault she experienced. But she did not find out if she was the first or the last person to report him to the same airline for similar behavior until the FBI caught him a year later for attacking another lady. Only then did she hear that she was not the only one to denounce him for similar behavior.

In April of 2024, Morgan filed a lawsuit alleging that she had been sexually attacked while traveling on a red eye aircraft from San Francisco to Dallas. Specifically, she is suing the airline for negligent concealment and deceptive concealment.
