The 2023-24 Kentucky men’s basketball schedule is starting to come together.
While UK hasn’t announced non-conference dates on their end, other schools are releasing schedules that include a date with the Wildcats.
Illinois State, the former home for Kentucky guard Antonio Reeves, will play at Rupp Arena on Friday, December 29, the Redbirds announced Thursday.
Kentucky and Illinois State have met once, a 75-63 Wildcat win in November 2015.
Reeves played three seasons at Illinois State before transferring to Kentucky in April of 2022. He averaged 20.1 points per game in his final season with the Redbirds.
