Kentucky assistant coach Joel Justus was in Pendleton County on Saturday to visit with 2019 forward Dontaie Allen. It appears that the visit was a success and Kentucky will continue to keep an eye on him as a possible target for the 2019 class.

Allen’s high school coach, Keaton Belcher, tweeted about the visit and that the junior guard received an invite to play pickup at the Craft Center in June.

The 6-foot-6 forward is fresh off leading the state of Kentucky in points scored as a junior. He averaged 31.8 points and 11.4 rebounds per game while shooting a blistering 59.1 percent from the field. Additionally, Allen knocked down 39.6 percent of his three-point attempts.

This will be a recruitment to watch for 2019 and there will be more updates coming later on Allen’s visit with Justus. For now, check out highlights of Allen in case you missed it earlier.
