Kentucky held a two-point lead going to the final media timeout. Four minutes later, Alabama won 70-59, handing the Wildcats their tenth loss of the season.
The schedule doesn’t get easier for Kentucky, who is now 5-10 (4-4 SEC) on the season. Kentucky returns to Rupp Arena Saturday to face Texas, before playing at Missouri and hosting Tennessee the following week.
