On Friday, Gabriel F. Weiss was found not guilty of raping a 19-year-old woman in his Portland home in 2018 after hiring her for a modeling session.
Weiss, now 51, was found not guilty of first-degree rape and sodomy charges by Multnomah County Judge Benjamin Souede, who stated that the prosecution had failed to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
