UK to finish with a losing SEC record for the third time in history

Kentucky’s loss to Ole Miss Tuesday night forces the Wildcats to win four games in four days at the SEC Tournament.

The 70-62 loss also guarantees a losing regular season record in SEC play for just the third time in program history.

Kentucky dropped to 7-9 in league play, locking in a below .500 finish for the first time since the 1988-89 season (8-10).
