Believe in good omens? UK’s win at Gainesville may be another one

If you believe in good omens, Kentucky basketball has a season full of them this year.

The Wildcats battled back from an 18-point second half deficit to stun Florida on an EJ Montgomery tip in with 11 seconds remaining. Kentucky got the final stop on the defensive end to win 71-70.

According Corey Price, this was another win that has historically meant success for the Wildcats in the NCAA Tournament.

Three times Kentucky has won on the road at Georgia, Florida, LSU, Tennessee and Vanderbilt in the same season. Those three seasons that happened, the Wildcats raised a national championship banner at Rupp Arena (1995-1996, 1997-1998, 2011-2012).

Will Kentucky hang another banner in April?
