Look: Kentucky Honors John Schlarman on the First Play of the Game

Kentucky football

The Kentucky football team honored offensive line coach John Schlarman, who lost his cancer battle earlier this week.

On the first play from scrimmage, Kentucky intentionally left a spot open on the offensive line, taking a penalty in honor of their late coach.

Vanderbilt declined the penalty in a classy move, and Landon Young sprinted onto the field wearing No. 65 in honor of Schlarman.
