The Kentucky Wildcats are 2-0 (1-0 SEC) on the season after a 35-28 victory vs. Missouri at Kroger Field Saturday night.

The win wasn’t enough to push Kentucky into the AP Top 25, however, they did receive votes this week.

The Wildcats picked up 13 votes, good enough for No. 38 in the country.

Kentucky is in an excellent position to start the season 4-0 if they take care of business against UT Chattanooga and South Carolina the next two weeks.

Kentucky’s stretch vs. Florida and LSU is where they will have opportunities to earn their spot in the AP Poll.
