Kentucky Tops Idaho State to Advance to Second Round of NCAA Tourney

The Kentucky women’s basketball team advanced in the NCAA Tournament Sunday afternoon with a win vs. Idaho State.

The Wildcats rallied from an early deficit to close out Idaho State, 71-63. Kentucky advances to the second round to play Iowa on Tuesday.

Rhyne Howard led the Wildcats with 14 points, 9 rebounds, and five assists. Joining Howard in double figures was Chasity Patterson with 14 and Blair Green with 10.
