We are less than 36 hours from the reveal of the NCAA tournament bracket but Joe Lunardi is still updating his projections, which will change multiple times throughout the day.

After their quarterfinal win vs. Georgia on Friday, Lunardi moved Kentucky to a No. 5 seed in the West region. The Wildcats would play the first weekend in San Diego before moving things to Los Angeles for the second weekend.

Lunardi has Kentucky playing the winner of the No. 12 seed play in game between Oklahoma and Saint Mary’s, which would take place in Dayton. If Kentucky survives the opening game, a date with No. 4 Arizona awaits them in the round of 32.

Overall, Kentucky fans have to love the rest of the bracket. If they could survive the opening weekend, they would have a chance to advance deep into March.
