Kentucky football took the stage at SEC Media Day Tuesday to preview the upcoming college football season.
Head coach Mark Stoops, along with seniors Darian Kinnard and Josh Paschal, answered questions from the media in a local interview with UK media.
The first thing Stoops addressed in the main media room was Kentucky’s “For the Team” motto, which is to honor the late John Schlarman.
Stoops discussed Schlarman working and showing up to practice through horrible side effects from cancer.
Kentucky is using the motto on schedules and posters for the 2021 season.
