The Kentucky football Super Bowl commercial aired during halftime tonight and it seems to get better every year. UK running back Benny Snell Jr. was the main player featured on the commercial and you could see the intensity in his face.
Snell was ejected during the Music City Bowl loss to Northwestern for placing his hands on an official. Following the game, Snell tweeted out that he doesn’t need help getting up and that he can do that on his own. It appears the program has taken that and came up with the slogan for the 2018 season, which is #GetUp
As soon as the commercial ended, coaches and former players began tweeting the commercial with the caption, “It takes all of us. All the time.”
