Mark Stoops Calling on BBN to Pray for Chris Oats

Friday night, Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio reported that Kentucky linebacker Chris Oats is hospitalized with a serious medical condition.

Oats has been in a Cincinnati hospital but will soon move to a rehabilitation facility, UK released in a statement.

The family is requesting privacy at this time but did say the issue isn’t related to COVID-19.

Mark Stoops released a statement asking the BBN to pray for Chris.

He’s in the hospital due to a medical issue we can confirm isn’t related to COVID 19. He’s expected to move to a physical rehabilitation center in the near future, but beyond that his family has requested that their privacy be respected during this time.
