Kentucky landed the highest ranked wide receiver of the Mark Stoops era Sunday when Dekel Crowdus announced his commitment to Kentucky.
The four-star product from Frederick Douglass High School in Lexington is rated the 246th overall player and 44th best receiver in the 247 Sports Composite.
Vince Marrow was the lead recruiter for Crowdus and UK head coach Mark Stoops is fired up about the impact player staying home to play for the Wildcats.
Stoops isn’t allowed to refer to Crowdus by name but “dynamic playmaker at home (at the crib) = Dekel Crowdus.
