Kentucky athletics director Mitch Barnhart has released details on attendance for Kentucky football games this season at Kroger Field.
According to a report by WKYT, in a meeting with the Board of Trustees, Barnhart says UK will allow 12,000 fans (20%) at games this fall, including 10 people in each box suite. Also, Barnhart says there will be no tailgating at Kroger Field this season.
Keith Farmer of LEX18 added that Barnhart says masks will be required for those in attendance.
Whenever the report is official, UK will send out a press release with quotes from Barnhart, Stoops, and others involved with the program.
The decision is pending final approval from Governor Andy Beshear.
