CORVALLIS — The
Oregon State
baseball team is one win away from the College World Series.
The eight-seeded Beavers host the ninth-seeded
Florida State Seminoles
Saturday night in Game 2 of the Corvallis Super Regional at Goss Stadium.
Oregon State earned a dramatic walk-off win in Game 1, overcoming a three-run ninth-inning deficit to force extra innings before using an AJ Singer single in the 10th to win 5-4.
Another victory would send OSU to the College World Series for the eighth time in school history. The Seminoles, meanwhile, are facing elimination for the first time this postseason.
