FSU puts its first two men on. … Williams, the No. 3 hitter, looks at ball one and Weber will take a mound visit to chat with Whitney. Williams works three balls, but Whitney battles back to force a full count. Williams rips the next pitch to right field, but the hard-hit line drive is snared by Talt. Harrelson advances to third on the fly out. … Whitney strikes Bailey out on a 2-2 off speed pitch, and Whitney fights back for the second out. FSU still has runners on the corners. … And Whitney escapes the jam with another strikeout, sitting Fisher on four pitches.
