Oscar Tshiebwe Breaks Rupp Arena Record for Most Rebounds

Kentucky junior forward Oscar Tshiebwe has been a rebounding force for the Wildcats this season and now he is a record holder at Rupp Arena.

Tshiebwe grabbed 28 rebounds in Kentucky’s 95-60 win vs. Western Kentucky, setting a new Rupp Arena record for the most in a single game.

Shaquille O’Neal held the previous record of 21 that was set on Feb. 15, 1990. 

In addition to the record, Tshiebwe out rebounded the entire Western Kentucky team, 28-27.
