The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) responded to 293 calls for service during the week of Jan. 14 to Jan. 21. Year-to-date, LCSO has handled 864 calls for service.
Arrests
- Olivia Morrison, 29, of Bristol
- Arrested on Jan. 14 for Domestic Violence Assault on Red Oak Lane, Bristol.
- Arresting officer: Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
- Felicia Giles, 44, of Edgecomb
- Arrested on Jan. 15 for:
- Domestic Violence Assault
- Violating Condition of Release (two counts)
- Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention
- Two Lincoln County warrants: Failure to Appear on Stalking Charge and Violating Condition of Release Charge
- Location: Hisler Mountain Road, Somerville.
- Arresting officer: Deputy Jerold Winslow.
- Arrested on Jan. 15 for:
Accidents
- Waldoboro Road, Jefferson (Jan. 16)
- Involved parties:
- Nicole G. Fallon, 40, of Waldoboro (2019 Nissan Pathfinder)
- Roxy L. Lafrance, 43, of Jefferson (2023 Toyota 4Runner)
- Details: Lafrance stopped to make a left turn onto Eames Road but paused again due to southbound traffic. Fallon, following behind, struck Lafrance’s vehicle from the rear.
- Investigating officer: Sgt. Matthew Day.
- Involved parties:
- Academy Hill Road, Newcastle (Jan. 17)
- Involved parties:
- Jose R. Fuentes, 45, of Newcastle (2025 Acura MDX)
- Hilary R. Braley, 37, of Westport (2004 Chevrolet Suburban)
- Details: Fuentes, attempting a right turn from Mills Road, failed to see Braley’s vehicle merging onto Academy Hill Road, resulting in a collision.
- Investigating officer: Deputy Justin Drake.
- Involved parties:
- Gardiner Road, Whitefield (Jan. 17)
- Involved party:
- Frank Pollard, 54, of Waldoboro (2013 Toyota Corolla)
- Details: Pollard looked down at his phone for directions, lost control, and veered off the roadway into a ditch.
- Investigating officer: Deputy Jerold Winslow.

- Bristol Road, Bristol (Jan. 18)
- Involved party:
- Roy A. Benner, 69, of Bremen (2018 Chevrolet Silverado)
- Details: A deer struck the driver’s side of Benner’s vehicle while he was traveling northbound.
- Investigating officer: Sgt. Jonathan Colby.
- Involved party:
- Main Road, Westport Island (Jan. 20)
- Involved party:
- Brian R. Worthley, 45, of Bath (2020 Ford Transit van)
- Details: Worthley lost control of his vehicle, crossing the centerline and striking a fence before regaining control.
- Investigating officer: Deputy Justin Drake.
- Involved party:
