The
Portland Trail Blazers
face the Houston Rockets Thursday night in the fourth game for both teams during Summer League play in Las Vegas.
Each team will find out its next opponent on Friday after the semi-finals field has been set.
The Blazers (2-1) have been eliminated from reaching the four-team playoffs and will be one of 26 teams awaiting their final matchup this weekend.
Saramento (4-0), Minnesota (4-0) and Oklahoma City (4-0) will finish ahead of the Blazers. Five other teams enter Thursday at 3-0 (Charlotte, LA Clippers, San Antonio, Toronto and Atlanta).
The Spurs play the Hornets, meaning that at least one other team will finish 4-0, which will end what were already slim hopes for the Blazers.
Portland still has an opportunity to finish strong, and rookie center Yang Hansen can continue to shine.
Yang is averaging 11.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2 blocks per game, shooting 46.4% from the field and 36.3% from three-point range.
