The Kentucky Wildcats picked up a huge win at No. 7 West Virginia tonight, overcoming a 17 point deficit in the second half.

Kentucky got a huge lift from Kevin Knox, who had a career-high 34 points on 11-of-17 shooting, including 5-of-8 from the three-point line.
