Kentucky sophomore forward Sacha Killeya-Jones announced that he is transferring from Kentucky. The announcement was made via his Twitter account Monday afternoon.
In his post on Twitter, SKJ thanked the fans for an amazing two seasons and thanked his coaches and teammates for helping to make his two years an amazing experience. He discussed it with his family and decided that it is best to explore other options.
Kentucky is expected to return P.J. Washington, Wenyen Gabriel, Jarred Vanderbilt, and Nick Richards next season, to go along with the addition of five-star forward E.J. Montgomery, who committed to Kentucky Monday morning.
You have to think the commitment from Montgomery sealed the deal for SKJ. You can read the full message from him below.
