The Saint Peter’s Peacocks magical run continued Friday, advancing to the Elite Eight with a 67-64 win vs. No. 3 Purdue in Philadelphia.
Saint Peter’s is the first 15 seed in tournament history to advance to the Elite Eight, beating No. 2 Kentucky, No. 7 Murray State, and No. 3 Purdue along the way.
The Peacocks will face the winner of No. 4 UCLA/No. 8 North Carolina on Sunday.
