Oregon health officials
issued an air quality warning Monday afternoon
as smog levels climbed toward unhealthy levels across the metro area.
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality said ozone pollution is expected to reach levels that could pose health risks to sensitive groups, including children, pregnant women, older adults and those with heart or respiratory disease.
