The nondescript door of the industrial building at 109 S.E. Salmon St. looks like something out of a Dick Tracy movie. Don’t be afraid. This may be a second-story job, but there aren’t any gangsters on the other side of that door – just food, wine and fun.
Push through the door and climb three flights of stairs to the second floor, which is the best second floor in all of Portland for having a good time. It’s like a cross between a speakeasy, a circus, Clinton St. Theater on the zaniest Saturday night and an Asian street food market.
