This week, Sunday is living up to its name.
On the final day of the three-day weekend on July 4, the National Weather Service predicts clear skies and a high temperature of 85 degrees.
The weather service then predicts that the typical summer weather will persist through at least Saturday.
Tuesday will be a little cooler at 89 degrees, while Monday will see bright skies with a high of 91 degrees.
With temperatures predicted to only hit 78 degrees on Wednesday, there will be a slight reprieve. However, there will still be sunshine.
The temperature will rise from 82 degrees to the low 90s on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and they will remain that way.
