Supermarket in South Jersey Supports New Jersey Food Bank

The Community FoodBank of New Jersey has been collecting food for the purpose of assisting families who are struggling financially for the past half-century. Following its humble beginnings in the back of Kathleen DiChiara’s station waggon, the charitable organisation has expanded to include two warehouses that assist in the distribution of goods to fifteen counties in the state of New Jersey.

Without the assistance of other organisations, the Community FoodBank of New Jersey will not be able to continue its fight against poverty and hunger. There are eight hundred Community Partners spread out around the state that assist in the distribution of food to individuals who are in need, and they are always looking for donations.

The Community FoodBank of New Jersey has received significant assistance from a supermarket in New Jersey, and as a result of their collaboration with Cheerios, a number of local residents will be recognised for their contributions to the Community FoodBank’s fundraising efforts.

A supermarket in South Jersey has raised a significant amount of money for the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

The annual partnership between ShopRite and the Caring Cheerios Contest has resulted in the collection of more than $1.3 million to combat hunger. Additionally, a ShopRite branch in South Jersey will be recognised for being one of the most successful fundraisers for the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

A donation to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey in the amount of more than eleven thousand dollars will be presented by the ShopRite in Marmora on Wednesday, April 23rd, as stated in a press release.

Additionally, there will be a special celebration held in honour of two shop staff who will be honoured by Cheerios for their contributions to the battle against hunger. Camille DiGiuseppe and Kylie DeCree, both of whom are employees at ShopRite in Marmora, will be featured on a limited-edition Cheerios box that will be offered exclusively at the ShopRite in Marmora location.

Only the Top 47 Fundraising stores out of the total of 270 ShopRite locations are being recognised for their contributions to the fight against hunger that is being undertaken by ShopRite and Cheerios.

The ShopRite in Marmora, which is situated close to the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Route Nine, initially opened its doors in the academic year 2009. The store and the plaza that it adjoins were constructed on a property that had been vacant for many years. One of the most well-known supermarkets in Cape May County is the ShopRite that is located in Marmora at the present day.
