Suspected fentanyl dealer warned before Oregon man’s fatal OD: ‘It’s strong … take a little bit,’ prosecutor says

A 62-year-old Wood Village man died in his living room from a suspected fentanyl overdose last week and the man accused of selling him the drug was in federal court Monday.

Daryl Antonio Edward Turner, 43, of Portland appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Stacie F. Beckerman, charged with distribution of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
