Teen Shot Dead by Masked Men Posing as Uber Eats Drivers, Family Says He Was Set Up Before Graduation

A man who was 18 years old and about to graduate from high school was killed by three masked gunmen who reportedly pretended to be Uber Eats drivers. The teen was shot when he opened the door.

Around 10 p.m. Monday, Martino Allen heard a knock on the door at his apartment complex in Union City, which is just outside of Atlanta. His mother, Tiffany Fuller, told local ABC affiliate WSB and Fox station WAGA that he heard the knock.

Someone knocked on the door and said, “Uber Eats.” When her son opened it, they began shooting him, she said.

Three gunmen in masks and hoods started fire. The shots were caught on a neighbor’s Ring camera.

Some people at school were giving Allen trouble, and his family thinks he was “set up.” His family said that some of the people who were in the apartment with him left after the shooting and didn’t stay to help or talk to the cops.

Fuller said that Allen was a senior at McNair High School and had just been to prom last week.

“They took my child,” she said. “My child is gone.”

The family is having a hard time because of the death.

Allen Fuller’s sister Kamiya said, “This has completely split my family in half.”

The tapes are being looked at by police, but no one has been arrested yet. Union City police want anyone who knows something to call them.

His sister told him, “If you know something, please say something.” “This child might be yours.”
