Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) are investigating a fatal Lehigh County crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
On Sunday, March 30, shortly before 9:10 a.m., troopers were dispatched to Interstate 476 mile marker 67 in Washington Township, Lehigh County, for a reported motorbike crash.
When state police got on the scene, they discovered that a 24-year-old lady from Perth Amboy, New Jersey, was driving southbound in the northbound lanes and collided with two motorbikes, resulting in a deadly crash.
According to PSP, the two motorcycles collided in a group of six vehicles driving together.
According to troopers, a 50-year-old male from Bristol, Bucks County, was driving a motorbike and was pronounced deceased at the site.
According to State Police, a 24-year-old guy from Bristol was hurt and taken to Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest for treatment.

According to PSP, the SUV driver had only minor injuries.
PSP reports that I-476 Northbound reopened around 1:20 p.m., with all lane restrictions lifted.
The Lehigh County Coroner said the man’s identity will not be published until an autopsy is completed, out of respect for the family.
An autopsy will be performed on Monday, March 31, according to the announcement.
PSP, the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office, and the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office are all looking into the cause of the crash.
Troopers say the Troop M Criminal Investigation Unit, Troop M Forensic Services Unit, Troop M Collision Analysis Reconstruction Unit, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission all assisted on the site.
