Northern Virginia Operation Nets Seven Arrests of Criminal Undocumented Immigrants by ICE and FBI

ANNANDALE, Va. — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in coordination with the FBI, arrested seven undocumented immigrants during an enforcement operation in Annandale on February 5, officials said.

“These seven individuals were in the Northern Virginia area in violation of U.S. immigration laws,” said Patrick Divver, acting field office director for ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Washington, D.C. “We take this mission extremely seriously, and we will continue to arrest and remove alien offenders.”

Fake ICE Agents Arrested Across States Amid Deportation Push

Among those taken into custody were:

  • A 51-year-old Mexican national previously deported and convicted of DWI in Prince William County in April 2024.
  • A 36-year-old Nicaraguan national who refused to leave the U.S. despite a removal order issued by an immigration judge on January 24.
  • A 24-year-old Honduran national who entered the U.S. illegally without inspection.
  • A 22-year-old Salvadoran national previously apprehended after unlawfully crossing the border in June 2019.
  • A 32-year-old Guatemalan national who entered legally but violated the terms of his admission.
  • Two additional Guatemalan nationals, ages 24 and 30, who entered the U.S. illegally without inspection or parole.

ICE officials emphasized their commitment to enforcing immigration laws and ensuring public safety. The agency encourages the public to report crimes and suspicious activity by calling 866-DHS-2-ICE (866-347-2423) or submitting an online tip.
