A serious crash shut down I-95 South in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania, for several hours on Tuesday, causing major traffic delays.
Aerial footage from Chopper 3 captured the aftermath, showing an overturned tractor-trailer sprawled across all lanes of the highway. The accident occurred between the Highland Avenue and Market Street exits, bringing traffic to a standstill as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
Officials confirmed that multiple people sustained minor injuries and were transported to local hospitals for treatment. However, the exact number of those injured has not been disclosed.
After an extensive cleanup and investigation, authorities were able to reopen the roadway by Tuesday afternoon, restoring normal traffic flow.
