Kentucky Releases Statement on the Cancelation of SEC Tournament

The Kentucky basketball team was inside Bridgestone Arena practicing when the news broke that the remainder of the 2020 SEC Tournament would be canceled.

A media press conference with Kentucky coach John Calipari that was scheduled for later today has now been canceled.

The team is now on their way back to Lexington. Below is the latest update via the Kentucky basketball social media account.

With the cancellation of the @SEC Tournament, the team and staff is currently on its way back to Lexington.
