Tyler Herro has already proven himself to be a clutch player in his short NBA career.
John Calipari experienced the same from Herro in his time at Kentucky, as the former Wildcat hit big shots in his one season in Lexington.
“I swear to God he never left the gym,” Calipari said about Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro, according to ESPN‘s Jordan Schultz. “And he had a chip. I always tell him he’s got elephant balls.”
That’s a line I never expected to hear from Calipari.
