The Kentucky Wildcats continue to climb their way towards a top 25 national ranking, which would be the first since the 2007 season.

After a 48-10 route of Murray State on Saturday, Kentucky moves up to No. 26 overall in the Amway Coaches Poll. The Wildcats received a total of 98 votes.

Kentucky’s next opponent, Mississippi State, is ranked No. 15 in the Amway Coaches Poll. The Wildcats and Bulldogs will battle at Kroger Field on Saturday with kickoff set for 7 p.m. ET. on ESPN 2.
