Kentucky sophomore guard Quade Green didn’t have his best game during the Wildcats 85-61 victory vs. the Bahamas National Team on Wednesday.
Green, a 6-foot sophomore point guard from Philadelphia, PA., scored only two points in game one of the Big Blue Bahamas Tour. Overall, Green connected on 1-of-11 shot attempts, including 0-of-6 from three-point range.
After returning to Kentucky for his sophomore season, Green expects more of himself and he’s been putting in the work throughout the offseason. The UK guard is eager to get back on the court tomorrow night and he was in the gym after midnight getting up extra shot attempts.
John Calipari has to love that and it shows leadership that he’s alone in the gym working on his shot.
