Watch: Davion Mintz Recognized for Scoring 1,000 Points

Davion Mintz was recognized before Kentucky’s game with Georgia Saturday night at Rupp Arena.

Mintz scored the 1,000th point of his collegiate career earlier this week in Kentucky’s loss at LSU.

Kentucky head coach John Calipari presented Mintz with a basketball prior to the game.

Mintz had his best game of the season in Kentucky’s 92-77 win vs. Georgia at Rupp Arena, scoring 19 points behind 5-of-7 shooting from three-point range.
