Ray Lewis’ Sons Transferring to Kentucky Football

Rayshad and Rahsaan Lewis, the sons of Super Bowl champion Ray Lewis, are transferring to Kentucky. The Lewis brothers will join the Kentucky football program as walk-ons.

Rayshad is transferring from Maryland and Rahsaan is transferring from Florida Atlantic. Both players entered the transfer portal earlier this year.

Before playing at Maryland, Rayshad played his freshman season at Utah State. According to Justin Rowland of Cats Illustrated, the connection to Kentucky is through new wide receivers coach Javon Bouknight, who was at Utah State when Rayshad was there. According to the Maryland Athletics website, he played defense in 2018 before moving to wide receiver in 2019.

Rahsaan is also transferring for the second time after beginning his career at Central Florida as a defensive back in 2018. He played wide receiver for Florida Atlantic in 2019.
