Kentucky junior Lynn Bowden has been working with the first team offense this week and sat in on quarterback meetings.
Mark Stoops told reporters during his only appearance this week that he’s hopeful injured quarterback Sawyer Smith will be available vs. Arkansas in two weeks. However, the junior is dealing with an injury to his wrist and shoulder.
“Sawyer will be back with Walker and with Lynn,” Stoops said during Tuesday’s availability. “Those are the options right now.”
If Smith is unable to go vs. the Razorbacks, it sure looks like Bowden will be the guy. If his tweet Thursday night is any indication, we might already have the answer to who will be leading the Wildcat offense.
