Kentucky’s 2023-24 men’s basketball roster is officially complete.

Kentucky coach John Calipari officially announced the addition of Zvonimir Ivisic to the roster, meaning the 7-foot-2 big man has signed the necessary paperwork to join the program.

“I’m excited about Big Z,” Calipari wrote on social media. “He’ll be a great addition. As excited as he is to play for us, I’m just as excited to have the opportunity to coach him. Can’t way for you to get to campus, Zvonimir.”

Ivisic announced his commitment to Kentucky in July, just weeks after an impressive showing at the FIBA U20 European Championship, where he averaged 11.4 points and 5.3 rebounds while shooting 34% from three-point range in 19 minutes per game for Croatia.

Ivisic adds rim protection (3.4 blocks per game during the FIBA U20 European Championship) to Kentucky’s roster without Calipari having to sacrifice offensive spacing to get it. Ivisic has the ability to space the floor on the offensive end.

Ivisic entered and withdrew from the previous two NBA drafts. The next time he enters he will have to remain in the draft.
